The men of the Capital City Men’s Chorus are kicking off their 27th season in fabulous style! The first show this season is: “MAD about the MEN!”
Featuring music from and inspired by the hit TV show “MadMen” and 1960s America. The 60s were a decade of massive social change and upheaval. Through all of the turmoil and strife, the musicians that wrote the soundtrack of that era, produced some of the world’s most beautiful and inspiring standards, which still resonate today, including, You Only Live Twice, Both Sides Now, Love is Blue, and of course, “Hair!” Hear these great tunes and many more, presented with that signature sound that only the men of the Capital City Men’s Chorus can deliver!

Our Spring Concert and 26th season finale !
We are delighted to announce that we will be joined in this performance by the newly founded Live Oak Singers, a mixed LGBT choir based in San Antonio, Texas.
Austin and San Antonio both have the nickname of “River City” and to honor that heritage, our two great “River City” choruses will be performing some all-time favorites from the great American Songbook, which will feature selections from Roger Miller’s “Big River”, with special guest vocalist, Roderick Sanford!
There will be one performance in Austin, Saturday June 6 at Bates Recital Hall on the University of Texas campus
“Come to the Cabaret, old chum”
The men of the Capital City Men’s Chorus have put together another of their FABULOUS Cabaret performances! It’s been a few years since we’ve thrown this kind of party, so on March 29th, we are pulling out all the stops!
Our Spring Cabaret will be performed at Austin’s hottest Jazz Club, the Brass House Ballroom at 115 San Jacinto in Downtown Austin. They have Austin’s best, rustic Italian menu and a full bar, featuring 30 beers on tap and a large selection of premium liquor available. We suggest arriving a bit early to order dinner and drinks before the show!
As the show is early on Sunday evening, there will be plentiful FREE, on-street parking around the area. The Austin Convention Center parking garage is directly across the street from the Brass House and has ample handicapped and regular parking for a nominal fee.
Doors open at 6:00 PM for dinner and drinks, with the show starting at 7:00 PM.
Get your tickets early, seating is limited !

Start your holiday season off with the gift of beautiful music! Accompanied by some of Austin’s finest musicians, the men of the CCMC will be making a “joyful noise” with traditional holiday favorites such as “Sleigh Ride,” “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town,” a lively nod to Chanukah, a musical reading of “‘Twas the Night before Christmas,” read by Austin’s own Rob Faubion, a Holiday Carol sing-along, a lovely a cappella arrangement of Ave Maria, and many more gorgeous songs to put you in the holiday spirit!
All that and more is what you can expect, on December 6th and 7th, in the beautifully serene sanctuary of St. Martin’s Lutheran Church at 606 W 15th St. Austin, TX.
